Moving Beyond Work-Life Balance

My summer Path Consulting workshop series starts soon. Dig in!

Why are people still talking about Work-Life Balance, when there’s so much more to it than that. So many people don’t have that Balance because they aren’t considering everything they need to.

Let’s fix that!

Stephen Elliott-Buckley, Organizational Design and Path Consultant

Achieving Work-Life Balance is not so easy. It’s also not very useful.

Not many people actually want to spend the same amount of time on work and life.

So the Balance isn’t about equal time.

And if your paid work isn’t your calling–your vocation–it’s even harder for any Balance to have meaning.

In this workshop you will learn how to

  1. move past Work-Life Balance to approach your vocation,
  2. include volunteering in your mix,
  3. and build more authentic and enriched work and life connections.

…Because when you’re portaging your canoe, it’s so much easier if someone has your back!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

  1. If you hate your job
  2. If you have missed your calling
  3. If your work lacks meaning
  4. If your work doesn’t fulfill you
  5. If you are stretched too thin
  6. If you need to plan an exit strategy
